Day 1

AI Foundations

Build a rock-solid understanding of AI from the ground up. We cover everything you need Python essentials, math intuition behind AI, how neural networks actually work, and the landscape of modern AI. No prior AI experience needed just curiosity.

Day 2

Building Agents on Existing AI Models

Learn to harness the power of existing AI models to build intelligent agents. You'll work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models to create agents that reason, remember, and take action.

  • Working with LLM APIs prompting, chaining, and function calling
  • Building your first AI agent with memory and tool use
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) grounding AI in real data
  • Prompt engineering patterns that actually work
  • Deploying your agent as a working application

Day 3

Building Our Own Models with Data

Go beyond APIs train your own AI models from scratch. You'll collect and prepare datasets, build model architectures, train them, evaluate performance, and understand when to build vs. when to use existing models.

  • Data collection, cleaning, and preparation pipelines
  • Building and training models with PyTorch
  • Transfer learning fine-tuning pre-trained models on your data
  • Model evaluation, debugging, and improving accuracy
  • When to train your own model vs. use an existing one

Day 4

Advanced Neural Networks & Machine Learning

Dive deep into the architectures powering today's most impressive AI systems. From transformers and attention mechanisms to CNNs, RNNs, and reinforcement learning you'll understand how they work and when to use each one.

  • Transformers and attention the architecture behind ChatGPT
  • Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for vision tasks

Day 5

Building AI with Hardware

Bring AI into the physical world. You'll deploy models on edge devices, work with microcontrollers and sensors, and build a complete AI-powered hardware prototype from inference to interaction.

  • On-device AI running models on Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and edge devices
  • Sensor integration audio, vision, and environmental data
  • Optimizing models for hardware constraints
